My name is Nour Hassoun. I’m a 19 year old architecture student at the Lebanese American University, with a huge passion for writing, playing music, and all forms of self expression.
Writing’s been a passion of mine ever since I was a little child, serving as means for me to push my own boundaries. It helped me live through experiences I’d otherwise only ever dream of. Thoughts of a Dying Narcissist, however, is something new to me. It’s a whole different style that I’ve never explored before as a writer, for I usually write fantasy stories/novels with a bit of a dark side to them. This is my first time writing something that solely focuses on tackling human dilemmas and thoughts, mostly mine.
What you see here is a reflection of my own experience, both as a writer and a troubled human being. Through these stories, I share a huge piece of myself with all of you. I truly hope you can sense the depth behind some of the most “insignificant” things you would otherwise pass by and ignore, tiny descriptions in my stories that hold great meaning. Only then will you begin to appreciate these stories.
I thank you for taking the time to read my work.
